I found the font on Fontalicious, but no download, so I Googled 'Cheeseburger Font' and it showed up on DaFont.
Looks like they have a whole caboodle of those ootsey cutesy fonts under the catagory "Fontalicious".

Makes you want to bust out your fancy scissors and do some scrap bookin' huh?
