Idea to mount posters on windows

Voici une traduction naturelle en anglais, prête pour un post sur un forum :

I have clients who order posters to put in the windows of their stores — mostly retail chains and restaurants.
At first, I sold them bars they could stick to the glass with suction cups, but the staff kept breaking them.

Now I’m using optically clear tape with one permanent side and one removable side, but that tape is really expensive.
The clients would like a way to store their posters so they can reuse them. So tape is a bit tricky.

My tape supplier recommended a 1" clear tape that’s removable on both sides. I ordered a sample to test, but I’d like to know what you guys use/recommend.

Thanks!

Ben

I used to do quite a few grocery store windows and they always taped them up in the four corners with scotch tape. They generally didn't keep them as prices would always change.

In my case, prices are not written. For example, a promotion 2 for the price of 1. The promo come back every 2 months or so. This is why they want to re-use them.

Static cling, like 7mil GF208 might be another option.
I did try that. But got complaints from my customers employees it was too hard to install ( yeah, i know). Plus when they took them off, they never been able to put it back on the liner properly or they lost the liner between promotions.
