Images grainy

I own a Mutoh rockhopper 38 and rip through Flexi photoprint. All my images and graphics are created in Corel x3 my problemis that when I create an image that is a bitmap/graphic combo when I export into photoprint no matter what I do it prints grainy/fuzzy.

Am I doing something wrong? on exporting or settings within the rip?

What dpi are you exporting at? What format (jpg, tif, png)?
