Ink Adhesion Issue

Printing on the smooth side of P95

We had an issue where the ink was coming off.

1. We printed on the back side(smooth side)
2. Then laminated the back with white oracal 710 white RTA, .25 bleed
3. Then, when we flip the acrylic to cut the bleed off with a blade, the ink comes off the edge of the acrylic..
4. When taking the vinyl of of the back the entire print nearly comes off.

Any thoughts?
Maybe we need new LED Lamps?

Either get the sheet corona treated before you print it, or try some Océ UV Adhesion Promoter 680 (Part #3010106598) which is specifically made for acrylic printing.

Any thoughts?

Unless you've previously printed on P95/Clear without adhesion issues, it's probably just an adhesion issue and not your equipment. Our roland would do the same thing.

We've been using Supply55 AP3155 with huge success. Even when we heavily dilute it, it still works great.
