Ink bleed at the start of print

I have been having issues with my Mutoh 1324x
I think we got most of the issues taken care of now we are having issues with the black bleeding into the beginning of the print
Has anyone had this issue and what didi you do to fix it?

Clean your maintenance station thoroughly. The printhead is picking up "interference" and dragging it along the print. The wiper, capping area, anything the printhead passes over.

We did that replaced the whipper and captop

I'm not into Mutoh's anymore, but if it uses Epson DX7 or the likes, it could be a internal leak in the head. Then, the only remedy is a head replacement.

Just an update
The motor that moves the whippet quit
We changed the maintenance station and now is printing like it's brand new
