We been trying to print on any roll reflective media to be used for traffic sign projects, but unfortunately after doing the test on media the ink comes off and its not a solid print like any other media's.

Any suggestion or recomendation will be appreciated from members.

Printer: Jeti 3348 UV
Ink: Agfa HC Ink
Media: Any reflective vinyl Such as 3M product's to be used for traffic signs.

i have not got AGFA G2 to stick very well to a Avery reflective material, it will key but not much.

I am aware that Durst had to re-develop the ink for a few clients who does traffic. (UK based)

Talk to Nazdar, they have a jeti ink that we helped test specifically for reflective applications. PM me if you need email addresses.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Oracal is supposed to have a solvent printable reflective. I have a sample roll but I've never gotten around to trying it. The folk at Oracal assure me that it's printable.

We use Oracal and have not had any issues when we print on our Roland.

make sure that you laminate your prints.
