Inks Not Showing Up Full

Hey Guys/Girls...

So I just bought 2 new OEM Mimaki Inks (magenta and black) and when I put them into the slots on my JV33 the little red lights didnt switch to green. I thought that maybe the cartridges were expired but they are good till 2012. I pulled up Rasterlink and no go either. I thought maybe I jammed them in too hard or something so I switched them with other cartridges currently in the machine and those registered fine in both magenta slots and both black slots.

Any suggestions?

ok...FYI ...I just swiched the chip with the old ink cartridge (magenta) that i took out...no go

did you get the right cartridges? I was once sent cartridges for the JV33 instead of the JV3.
