Installing Clear Vinyl

Trying to install digitally printed clear vinyl on the outside of a restaurant on glass windows. Can't do it dry because there's just too much damn wind, is there any way to do this wet? I've used water, application fluid, and soap with water and they are all fogging up the underside of the vinyl. I do live in Miami and the humidity is up the ying yang. The A/C inside has even been shut off. Any solutions?

what media are you using? old media also becomes speckled when it sits on a shelf/shop for too long... i just tossed an entire roll of economy gloss overlam because it makes all my perfect prints "foggy".

regardless, wet application without a doubt. humidity should have no effect.
