Jeti 1224 prints one pass and stops?

Howdy guys. I know I'm missing something here. And it's Monday. One of our Jeti's 1224 prints one pass, then stops. As if its sitting waiting for data. Lamp shutters stay open, lamps stay on. In bi-d it stops on the right side, in uni-d it returns to the left side where motion would reverse direction. Just sits there. Print percentage does not tick up. anyone ever have this? Something we have never seen.Thoughts and or suggestions to a potential cause?
