JV3 Head Alignment

Can anyone help with this....? The Cyan head has an alignment issue. I am getting a lot of cyan overspray, and the Cyan looks to be about a quarter of a mm out, It's noticeable on some things more than others.....
Its a JV3160SP
I have looked at this...

i see a lot of deflective nozzles in the cyan head. Not sure if this is fixable. The funny thing is my cyan head on my jv3 does the same thing lol. Prolly need to replace the head.

Yes, i think the Cyan head has seen better days, but if I replace the Cyan head I will still have the alignment issue. I'm not too worried about the overspray problem at the moment, I need to know how to adjust the head.
Any Ideas ..?

I didn't realise there was a whole Maintenance Manual available, I had only looked at the Service Manual. Got it from here.. http://www.signs101.com/forums/showt...s-in-one-place

Thank You "GetCustomized" - I ran the alignment procedures and it worked! - Now to sort that overspray issue

before alignment, i'd start by cleaning up that test print.
can't properly align a printhead when it's missing a giant block of nozzles like that.

clean your capping station, clean your wiper, set a 99min nozzle wash, repeat, and if it still won't clear up then set a nozzle wash and unplug machine overnight to let the heads soak.
test print in the a.m. and you should be set! ....to go through alignment procedures.

edited: guess you figured out the alignment! sweeeeeeet. still, that block of deflected nozzles could very well be culprit of your overspray.
