These printers are pretty old but I'm sure there are still people using them and this info will probably be useful for them.
This is a common knowledge that in case if your main pcb on 30/33/34 series is dead you can replace it with the same main pcb common to all models from the series but with the particular part number unique for each model. All these pcbs are the same and interchangeable but have different firmwares and locked from uploading the different model firmware.
There is a parameter what will let you avoid using part numbers and just use any working main as a replacement, or to change the printer model (jv33 to jv33bs for example) without buying a needed one.
In the #parameters-maintenace parameters look for parameter no.50 FW.DLsw (firmware download switch), it's set to 0 by default, and just simply changing it to 1 will allow you to upload a firmware from a different model of 30/33/34 series
