JV330-160 Prints are coming out longer than they're supposed to

Hey All,

Ive noticed recently that our JV330-160 is stretching our prints slightly in the feed direction. Ive tried adjusting Feed Compinsation as well as heat and take-up tension but im still seeing it. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if there is a solution that im just not seeing online. Any information would be helpful!

Thanks,
Murph

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
How long are the prints you're running and how much longer are they coming out? I'm not sure what the official spec is on the 330 but most Mimaki printers and cutters will say to expect about +/- 1/8th" of deviation over an 8 foot print.

just ran a large ganged up job, which may be throwing the numbers off a bit. Pieces that were supposed to be 40" were coming out about 3/8" to long. I just ran an auto Feed Comp and DAS test and then ran a 3' ruler vertically and its +/- less than a 1/16" so that may have helped to fix the problem. Im currently running some longer pieces and i'll keep you posted. Thanks for reaching out, hopefully the auto test and cleaning the sensor was the fix.
