Kiss cut is cutting too deep on round shapes & letters, but normal on straight lines - HP Cutter 64

Hello, I'm hoping somebody can give some guidance here. We have an HP Cutter 64 (Summa S One). We have been printing (on Latex printer) and cutting stickers for a long time.
Now the cutter is now doing something new and strange with kiss/contour cut.
Anything with rounded corners or shapes... round anything (such as the letter S) is cutting into the liner. Anything with a straight edge is fine, but still a bit too deep.

I took picture at an angle with light glare so you can see what I mean.

The cut through is just fine.

Adjusting the Flex pressure is not helping.
It's the same material and brand we have been using for months.
Any suggestions?

Thank you so much!

If the straight cuts are too deep also, I'd assume someone's kid came into the room with the plotter and just fidgeted with the blade depth dial. Have you tried adjusting that as opposed to the flex pressure.
A new strip is always a good idea too!

I paid good money for you to read this!
Yeah I'd say start by using a bit too much force and backing off the blade depth until you're too shallow, then bringing it back a touch. Doesn't "solve" the mystery but may solve the problem from a practical standpoint.
