We ordered 2 six foot lengths from them. When one ended up being faulty they replaced it no charge they even gave us a credit towards our next order to cover the return shipping of the defective strip. Great company.

Sylvania Borderflex. If the Norfolk location doesn't have any, then I know for a fact the Louisville location does. I think Louisville ships stock to Norfolk twice a week.

Yes, it's true. Their also only 20% the light output of standard 15mm Border tube neon lamps depending on color, sometimes even far below that.
