I think the last time I used this motif on a sign was in 1981 for TV/Movie actor Robert Montgomery. He was big into collecting bird carvings.....mostly world championship work.

This one is a little smaller.....5" dia. HDU.

Here it is before paint. It's easier to "see" the carving before i mess it up with color.
