Live Help Operator

So, I am also considering adding a live help feature to my website. It will simply be a function available from 8-5 Monday through Friday, so if someone doesn't want to chat on the phone, they can just type in and dialog.

Here is how I feel about it. I personally like it sometimes when I need info, rather than being on the phone with someone.

Anyone doing this, or have thoughts on the matter?

I will have it linked to my iPhone as well, so I can stay available for that feature.

I use it on our website and I'm the operator who answers the chats. We use BoldChat and it works pretty good. We don't get a lot of chats but it has brought in some very good leads It has definitely been worth it.
