Would like to see the knot integrated more. Looks like clipart/slightly different style and stuck on instead of a part of the design.

I'd go white to light gray fade on the name instead of the gray to dark gray. Needs stronger contrast. Looking at the thumbnail it's very hard to make out what the name is.

I actually like it as is. It's not a commercial sign so legibility is less important. my two cents
