Looking for 72" x 96" material

Does anyone know if there is a supplier that offers 72" x 96" x 1/4" sheets of a omegabond type material? I am manufacturing a fairly large sign, 84" h X 72" w, and I would prefer making it in one piece. My client does not have the budget for sign foam or I would easily epoxy two pieces together for this job.

The largest piece I ever got was 60" x 151". Don't know of anything, other than lexan and other acrylics coming that size.

I don't happen to know of any, but I do know that Sintra PVC is available at about 80" x 120" x ¼" though that may not be appropriate for the job at hand.
