Need Help Looking for a HP Latex specialist for some help

Hi, I run a small sign shop in a small town and I have a HP Latex 335. It needs some service and I bought the kit, however, I do not have anyone that can fully do the maintenance. Closest place is pretty far away and they want to charge a lot of money just to have someone come out here and it's not something I can do. I do have someone local who has enough experience to do most of it but isn't fully confident in being able to do 100% of the maintenance.

Not sure if its the right place but I would love it if someone was available and can kind of answer questions and guide my local person over a video call. I am happy to pay for your time and I don't think it will take more than couple of hours. If you are interested please let me know. Or if there is a video guide somewhere (we do have the service manual) I would appreciate it.

Thank you so much in advance.

Go Bills!
It's a slippery slope, I've had qualified techs mess up plenty, in the high $1,000s on repairs, and they paid for it. This scenario has you paying for mistakes.

We've recently started doing our own parts replacement and maintenance on both our HP Latex 360 and 800w; it's one of the best, money-saving decisions that we've ever made! Which specific maintenance codes are you attempting to perform?

lotta youtube vids out there of people explaining or at least demonstrating the installation of servicekits.
I haven't called a printer tech since 2008, even when I was still running my Mimaki Jv3 which cost us $3000 for a service guy to install a $800 printhead but I simply learned how to do it myself when we were in a pinch and a tech wasn't available for a couple of weeks and have since replaced half a dozen on my own before finally retiring the printer a few years ago for the HP platform.

now, these HP's are that much easier.
treat it like you're working on a computer, take pictures of your disassembly to aid in reassembly, and keep a bottle of bourbon handy to celebrate.

Great tip to photograph the disassembly process! We've also learned to tape the screws to the machine near their respective 'homes' to prevent having 'extra parts' after reassembling the machine! LOL

FACTS!!! A Certified Tech broke the loading table nearest to the control panel, so it slides out of place and causes the spindle to fall short of landing in the spindle lock lever and wedge itself awkwardly behind the loading table... and the worst part is that we didn't notice until we switched out the media after the Technician left the shop. And another Tech got black ink all over our carpet on another service call. I told my husband they're not rocket scientists and that if these yahoos are able to perform the maintenance, we are certainly capable of doing it ourselves LOL
