Looking for ceilling hooks with 2 way tape

Hi guys,
got to hang some signs in this window store were making holes is not a option and suction cup are no wanted. looking toward large hooks and good 2-way tape, anyone done this before, think it will hold?

just remember that the the tape 3M vhb is great stuff but your next weak point will be the surface your sticking it to. make sure to clean the surface and if it's a painted ceiling hopefully the painter did their job right
