Looking for clear vinyl with black backing

Anyone know of a manufacturer or distributor that sell clear printable vinyl with a black backing paper?

When you print a white decal on white backing and then package it you can not see the decal, especially when hung up on display. Here's an example. http://www.wmidesigns.com/sticker-products/family-stickers/color-family-stickers/woman-color-6001.html

These are printed with a black backing. They may be silk screened, I'm not sure.

Ok I understand now, I will look around to see if I find anything.

Could you not just print a black background around your contour cut and leave the waste part of the decal on the backer. Don't weed the background. May be easier than finding a black backer.

Who has a clear backing? That would work by just placing a black piece of paper behind the decal in the package.

Summa sells a clear with a clear backing and we use to buy some from Gerber years ago.
