Looking For Entry Level Cutter

Would appreciate feedback on entry level DIGITAL cutter. Not at the level of the 70K+ machines, Do Not need router capabilities. Products cutting are foam board, banners, cover stock, coroplast and the like. No Metal, no super thick (Up to 2" covers it). Do not need production speed. We do not have an existing unit so this is first. It will support 2 wide format printers one being a Hybrid flat bed the other a Mimaki Roll Fed.

There are a few options out there. Are you looking for new or used?

We started with an iEcho and are now starting the process to split our processes in to two machines. We are leaning heavily in to a ShopSabre IS machine and for roll stock a Summa F Series. Just got to sell our machine first.

We are going this route as our business has evolved and grown since owning this machine. We need more efficiency and more abilities.

The two that we are leaning toward are Mimaki CF2 & Graphtec Optima V250. Both in the price point area we are looking. We are looking for new

The two Graphtec cutters are significantly below the $70K price point you noted. Their two flatbed models are limited in performance and for $20-$40K depending on model, budget a bit more and buy the Summa F1612. Without a router, once could be had for under $50K. It cooks!
