lossing cyan nozzles during print

Hi,

printing on a spitfire 100 extreme.
perfect nozzles check before print but the cyan head is getting worse and worse you longer the print is going, getting lighter and lighter..

Any idea?

please help.

Classic sign of dampers.
They get partially clogged and can't keep up with ink flow during printing.
Replace and your problem should be solved.

If not, probably small air leak.

Hi,

Have replaced the dampers and still have the same problem.. where to start when
searching and how to a see a little air leak?

l get a loot of fish eyes when print 100% cyan and 85% magenta but no fish eyes when I print 100% cyan or 100% magenta.
is it a air leak that makes that?
please help!

they will start a movie production on monday morning and need this backdrops that are blue in the background

all tips are welcome!

Check for air bubbles in the line.
If none, then there are two connections points to look at:
line to the damper - bad seal, bad oring or overtightened, if there is room clip a small piece off, replace the oring.

The other is between the damper and the head. Can be a cracked nipple on the head.

Fisheyes are from contamination of the media, not air leaks.

ok,

now I have change the dampers, change the head, change the o rings and I did clip 3-5mm from each end of the lines where they are connected.

Have never had this problem on 4 years with the printer.

Is there anything else to check?

This is not good
please help.

hard to tell long distance.

Could be your head is failing.
Not very typical of your symptoms, though.
