magenta is printing slightly off center

my Roland vp-300i had a head strike at the end of a long banner, since then the magenta head is printing about a 1/32 to 1/64 off from the rest of the colors(there is a tiny halo of magenta to one side of the print). Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust this problem? Our nearest service rep is 5 hours away, I'm really hoping I don't have to call him in. I'de appreciate any suggestions1

Check your Horizontal print test and then the Bi-Directional print test for one.

May have to be in Service Mode to do the Horizontal adjustments/test

Thank you for the quick replies! @ Bobby, I did the bi-directional test and the magenta is slight off center. I'm not sure how to get into service mode, where would I find that info? @ Tim, I will give it a shot but the company is urging us to get a tech here.
