Major Color Shift After Ink Cartridge Swap

Chicken Quasar

Mid print my Latex 110 ran out of Light Cyan. I changed in a new LC cartridge and now the color shifting is as if LC is not being used anymore. it's really bad looking. Added a second new LC cartridge and still doing this.
Anyone with experience have any suggestions? This text is supposed to be Grey not pink.

Also, if it continues with other prints, did you switch out the printhead to see if it had failed?

My experience (HP Latex 365) is that running a cartridge completely empty can also damage the print head.
Guess the last drops of ink may contain small particles that gets stuck in the head, or maybe it is just air but I have not been able to get rid of it when it happens.

Usually not a problem but it has happened a couple of times.
