quoting job for local casino.

signs are 20" x 80". will hang above cooking station (say 5' - 7'). different sign each day for day of the week.

sign will be subject to steam and grease. will be cleaned daily.

thinking of orajet 3165/3m 8519 mounted to alupanel.

just wondering about steam and daily cleaning. any issues there. any thoughts appreciated.

Needs to be aluminum or aluminum composite.

Nothing else that close to food will pass a fire and/or food inspection.

Most of the casinos I wander through have television screens and huge monitors for their displays. That way, things can change without the messing around with changing out 'whole' signs. All you need is one to fall and you'll be at fault for not coming up with a better idea.

i dont see why cal vinyl on some poly metal wouldnt work fine but as gino said id be careful if someone other than you are going to be changing them out daily cause all it takes is one to fall and its your as*. Just make sure if you do they know ahead of time and have signed the proper paper work reliving you of all liability for signage they change out.
