Media Racking for pvc and foamboard/gatorboard

Hey,

Just looking to see if anyone has some ideas on racking for pvc and foamboard/gatorboard.
I have a vinyl rack just need to figure out a way to rack all of my hard substrates.
I am thinking of something that goes over my flatbed printer and be able to pull off and place on flatbed.
The room is small and don't have much room to place a standing rack, so I'm thinking of a hanging rack over the printer.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

I have a warehouse rack with 6 shelves by my flatbed. They fit 4' x 8' sheets. My uprights are 8' tall and the shelving brackets are 108" wide. Should be easy to find in your city from a warehouse rack supply company. I am running out of space and I have a couple of these to free up space.

That's gonna get pretty tiring putting all kinds of substrates up there, not to mention the accumulative weight being a little heavy hanging from ceiling joists or whatever. We have a 6' wide x 10' deep rack built directly behind the flatbed and is anchored in and has no give to it. It holds most of our substrates in inventory, but very little in cut-offs. We built other racks for cut-offs. When we have a nice size order, we just put up a make-shift table and work from that. after they print, we have a 5' x 10' gurney and we take the finished sheets to whatever station would be next.

That long piece in the foreground is the 5 x 10 gurney
