i send as seperate jobs and add the opus marks they are there in the preview but the printer is not printing them any help is greatly appreciated

i am using same process as i did with my roland printer import the file send as seperate job use opus marks but it wont print the crop marks as a matter of fact i have tried other crop marks and the machine wont print any crop marks

Odd, I use a similar workflow with different software. S120T with a Mimaki UCJV300. We just use VinylMaster to export a PDF to then toss into Rasterlink for printing. While not Flexi, similar concept, just need to check your output settings for the print.

What design program are you using to apply the registration marks and are the marks placed inside the art board? If you export a pdf, and the marks are placed outside the art board, they will not be printed. The registration marks are also on a locked layer typically, so you could try opening that layer up on the print file to ensure they are printed and then lock them on the cut file so the software(assuming you are using Winplot or GoSign) will recognize them as registration marks.
