Need Help Mimaki CJV150 printing issues

I have issues printing labels with barcodes, printing vertically they print fine if i print them horizontal the barcodes print blurry, large prints are fine apart from the small details, I've got a new encoder strip.
recalibrate works well until few more days again then run into the same issue. other question my printer is always in service mode could that be an issue and how do i prevent it from starting up in service mode.

Sounds like bidirectional alignment, do they look ok unidirectional?

I agree, you probably need to dial in the head alignments when you print these. Barcodes show misalignments easier than other patterns. Also, print with a high resolution profile and change the motor speed setting to normal. That should give you the most precise dot placement.
