Mimaki CJV30-130 Media Comp not printing

Hey everyone, we're having a little trouble here.
When we go to print our media comp out we don't get the solid grey bars,
we just get 6 well spaced lines (single fine lines).

We've gone through hell's end cleaning the heads, doing custody washes and even changing the inks out.
Test prints come out as expected (aside from all the banding) so we don't see what's going on.

Please help!!

If the Test Draw is printing fine then it sounds like it would either be some sort of electrical or internal memory issue. I'd give your local Tech a ring see if they have any ideas.

If you're missing black nozzles, you will see white lines in your media comp test prints.

The memory issue sounds like it but we can't be sure seeing as this is the first time anything like this has happened.

how does it look when you just print? definitely looks like a data issue. but that could be caused by all kinds of stuff.

Print comes out ok.........still minor banning but not too bad. Any suggestions as to fixing this problem mate?

How does the nozzle test print? Are they all there or are you missing a bunch?
