Ok its not like a solvent machine where it will switch cart.
Each head has its own cartridge.
Rasterlink will sort out the head firing in its calculations when ripping so all you need to do is select a profile that is suitable for alucabond.
The machine itself must be configured for dual cmyk. Your tech should be able to set this up in the settings.
Imagine the machine is new and it will ask you what configuration you want to go with, at this point you scroll through and select the correct one and then it will fill.
From memory if you do a head wash in maitenence mode it will do this. however you will need washing cartridges to complete the procedure, this should be in the operation manual.
I still stand by my comments that dual CMYK is the best way to go with this machine!!
Do you have the original owners manual or installation manual?
Oh and something else.
You must setup in rasterlink a new printer with only 4 color selected, so the printer driver you have now will probably have to be deleted and a new one setup in "add printer" in the start menu of the
computer under rasterlink...
