Mimaki Print Issue CJV300-160

Need some help chasing an printing issues please!! - Before pic is what it was printing and after is what it’s now printing

- Mimaki CJV300-160
I’ve changed capping station and dampers in both heads, I did an machine ink fill and nothing really happened, I opened all the cartridge valves in the service setting and manually sucked ink through the capping station (where waste ink would usually come out) this has got me as far as getting yellow and light black back but at an absolute lost now no matter what I try I can’t get any other colours, machine is always on and doing cycles, I’ve tried all the cleaning in the world including an overnight and 24 hour head soak

Heads were printing fine before changing dampers - dampers were changed as one started leaking

Any guidance much appreciated

Looks like possible ink starvation or air getting in the head. Flushing lines might be a good idea. Running cleaning cycles over and over is just pulling ink through the head. If a head is badly clogged, that accomplishes nothing. Cleanings mostly just wipe off the nozzle plate and re-prime nozzles.

When installing the new dampers, shoving them on dry can also cause issues. Good to 'grease' the seals with a drop of maintenance fluid so they fit snugly and smoothly.

My bad! Not sure how my post ended up here. I’ll repost in the appropriate section, thank you for your help! What would your suggestion be to get air out of the head?
