I was just thinking of BBQing left over pizza. Then i remembered my ex wife making a cheesecake in the BBQ in july one time so the house wouldnt get hot ( we didnt have A/C ). I also remember BBQing lunchmeat for sandwiches! What's the most unusual items anyone else has BBQ'd ???

a fresh homemade pizza is fantastic if grilled, I don't see why a leftover pizza would not be pretty decent as well...

I've not grilled anything too insanely unusual. I did grill some antelope once, that was decent, but just tasted like beef (I wouldn't have known it wasn't if I hadn't overpaid for it).

Grilled cheese on the grill is great, especially with some good artisan cheese. Gruyère, sharp Vermont cheddar and some Maytag bleu on crusty rye is about the best grilled cheese you'll ever consume. Roast a small amount of red peppers, some ripe tomatoes and some red onion, mix it all up in a food processor, add some garlic, tomato paste, a little tomato juice and some heavy cream and you've got gourmet tomato soup and grilled cheese... Man, I wish it wasn't so hot out right now or I'd make that for dinner...

Bacon

I do bacon on the grill just so I dont have to clean up the grease and it may just be a little better for you, not sitting in its own grease.

Snake, oppossum, raccoon, squirrel, deer, hog, gator, turtle, caribou, fish, crabs, oysters, bear, just about anything that swims, flies or crawsl at one point or another and of course all the regular stuff. Where I grew up our nearest neighbor was about 7 or so miles away as the crow flies. The kids just love it as you can tell from the pic.

Finished up a baked ziti after a power outage once.

I know someone who cooks corn on the cob in the dishwasher...

Not that unusual but I used to cook a turkey on the grill every Thanksgiving. No Brandon, not the smoker or BBQ pit...on the grill. You can cook a full grown bird in about three hours and it comes out all magazine pretty.

Baked Brie with Filet Mignon & Pineapple skewers... cherry chipotle sauce. Also have done lots of baked stuff, such as cookies, bread, and pizza.

Turned in horse turds once at a cookoff in the "anything goes" category. If I would have sauced them then the judges would have thought they were meatballs.
