Moving Mimaki 6042 mkii 600 miles

I am moving a mimaki 6042 mkii about 600 miles away. The machine is very new and a great deal, but it is inside someone's house - so very tight doorways. To install it, they had to tilt it on the machine's back, so to get it out I will need to do the same. I understand I need to do a waste tank discharge and a subtank discharge. I also understand that I will need to put in maintenance cleaning solution into the subtanks to clean them out, but not sure which one. I see on mimaki's site that the mainenance cleaning liquid 16, 11, 07, and 15 work for the 6042 mkii, so which one do I get and how much will I need to clean it out?

I talked with a tech that has been servicing this machine, and he said to move it is pretty easy for the most part, just be gentle with the machine and went through some steps, but not everything. If someone could give me more of a step by step process or any pointers, that would be extremely helpful. Also, I can't find in any of the manuals how to put in the print head locks (if he even still has them). How do I do this?

Once the machine is here, I assume laser/leveling needs to occur. I've read it is something that I could do, but again missing the manual to do this. Any help is really appreciated! We have been in the printing/binding business for a long time and really excited to add this machine to our shop.

Unfortunately within the timeframe that I need to get it out of there, there's no time to schedule a tech. So just trying to get more info how tips to move it.

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
Seeing as the previous owner threw away the shipping brackets, I'd avoid it. There is a LOT that can go wrong in shipping if these aren't secured properly. Another option is finding a specialty equipment mover that will at least insure the shipping.

The machine needs to be out of the owner's house without any reasonable time to schedule anyone. We are really on a time crunch and going to move it ourselves, just need to find out any other tips to move it.
