Mutoh 1604 HELP!

Does anyone have any ideas about this banding problem I'm having on my Mutoh 1604 lately?

It's happening on all substrates and with all profiles.

From what I can see it looks like one of two things. Either paper feed adjust or media tracking. Have been running the Mutoh 1614 for some time and have had no issues. You sometime have to readjust your paper feed adjustment because materials can vary. We have set up a setting for each and every media used so that you then can just press a button when you change media types. Let us know what you find out.

After more research we find the problem is only happen on Arlon 4560GTX. It doesn't matter which profile we use you can still see the pattern.

Played with the heat settings with no change in the results.

Any ideas?
