Mutoh issue help please

Can anyone tell me what printer issue may be causing this? The ink looks like it's bled beyond it's boundaries. Looks like only an issue with black maybe. Blown head? Wrong setting? Mutoh 1324x

Okay thank you, will try both today.

If that does not work check dampers and maintenance station. The streaking is doe to too much ink on the media. Clean the bottom of the print head and make sure your wipers are clean too. The over saturation could be doe to profile settings if you are not using the same one you are used to.

try cleaning the printhead around.

Is the encoder strip dirty? If it's not routinely cleaned. it will cause problems as what you are showing.
