Can anyone help shed some light on this printer please. Mutoh RJ-6000, approx age, print quality, can you convert it to continuos ink system etc.
Sorry for the vague questions, but there isnt a lot of info around about them (that I could find)

The date on this document is from 2000

It is an indoor printer that used the same head technology as the Falcon Outdoor series.
I used to have 4100 that still prints to this day.

My guess is that the biggest drawbacks will be speed and parts.

indoor: water based inks usually
outdoor:solvent based

If your is an indoor printer you will have to change some parts like hoses and stuff so that it can take the solvent based inks. That is.. if you want to print outdoor stuff.
