Hello,

Anyone can tell me what causes this printing errors on this test page in attachment?
I have a several thin coloured lines , from every printing heads , on the whole printable area. I changed the encoder strip and the strip senzor , but nothing changed.
In the beginning ( around 1 year) this lines was less then will become more and more.
Pls help me urgently. Thank you

encoder will not do that. is it in the black only? i'd look first at the cheapest possibility, ...the data cables. reseat them, trade them with a working one (see if it follows the cable), etc. intermittent data printing like this is usually shorting at the head.
