MUTOH VJ 1204 INK NOT ORIGINAL message????

i have VJ 1204 i was 2 weeks on holiday when i start the printer massage on display is KMYC ink not original??? before that printer works perfectly. I reset nvram so next power on printer ask me to put CLEANER CARTRIGES when i PUT CLEANER CARTRIGES again KMYC ink not original any idea what to do flash bios load firmware???? 1.22 is my version firmware

Hi Timson,

I need help with my Mutoh 1204. I plug new (not original cart but the same earlier worked). Printer worked one day and next day ink status was ----/---/---/--- and screen show message KMYC not original.
