Question My Bizhub ruins all papers i print. What should i do?

I have a bizhub 754 and it does this. What wrong and how do i fix it.

It have been a problem since i printed double sided 300g papers

kind of looks like you have a small piece stuck in paper path, perhaps near fuser?

we get similar when we get a label jam

I have locked and followed all the procedures and still nothing,

Check:
Paper size and paper direction.
Also Looks like you do not have enough gripper/feeder margin.
Try running same paper with smaller image as a test.

You're trying to push 300 gsm paper through a Bizhub AND double sided? That's your problem right there. Either run one side at a time or run lighter paper. I have a fleet of BizHubs and would never run paper that thick through them. Jobs like that get sent to a large wholesale printer at my business.
