Need Font ID Help

Customer walks in today and asks for lettering in one of these two fonts. I have no clue what they are, i heard from the customer that they were in MS-word, but i don't have them. some assistance from the font Guru's would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a version of Showcard Gothic
