Need help building a wireway!

Hello all. So I need instructions on how to build a wireway for a sign I’m going to make for a customer. I have experience building and installing cabinets, but cannot find any build info on wireways.

I really just need the how to on making the cabinet, as I’m not sure on how the face flush mounts with no visible screws.
I understand how to mount the letters and wire it.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

its just a pair of metal pans made with 1" aluminum extruded angle. screw one to the building, and the face-pan that houses all the wiring caps onto it and fastens at the sides.

This drawing is for Neon, but hope it leads you in the right direction. LEDs are MUCH more easy.

I'm late to the party, but please make it deeper than 1", it really makes it a pain to slip a drill and driver in line with the screw holes.
