Need help choosing mig welder

Hi I need help for choosing an affordable mig welder. Would are looking to start making channel letters and carrier boxes and other. Since all this is new for us we do not have volume so I would like help choosing an affordable welder. Thank you

I assume you're wanting to weld aluminum. If so you'll need a MIG welder with spool gun capability.

110 or 220 volt in the shop is another consideration.

May want to check into Harbor Freight MIG welders.

we have tried a MIG with the spool gun on a miller and had issues, inconsistent feed rate, too hot, required too thick of material, etc.

you need to look at a TIG welder or a spot welder. for thinner material, especially Aluminum
