Need help with two fonts.

Does anyone know these two fonts. Trying to recreate a logo.

top one is binner

i know ive scene the other one, but i can't think of it...

what you have has a stroke or contour added to it....the original is a thinner font...and something's telling me its actually an italicized version of a font and not a different font....
