need some help the neon guy

i recently received a gerber emboss track 24" plotter its like new, anys I,VE tried everything to hook to a older version of flexi 6.6 pro using windows xp. this has been a very serious headache. i would greatly appreciate any advice on this. th neon guy jamie@customdesignlighting.com

What part are you having problems with? I have connected the 48" version to flexi with no problems.. Check your port settings.. That's where I'd start.
