Need Help NEED TO EDIT THIS MENU...I COULD USE SOME HELP

This is something that I, admittedly, do not excel in...
I have a customer that has asked me to make some changes on their menu...
The pdf file they supplied is a vector but I use Flexi and the text seems uneditable...

I am thinking that it might be that my PC does not have this font in it...?

If that is not the case and someone can do the editing for me I will gladly pay a fair price for the service...

both of the PDF have fonts, Tekton and Tekton-bold. You can probably find a free version of those fonts and see if that helps

You might consider getting Corel or something along that line for design. We use flexi for production purpose only but I'm sure you can do it just not as easily. Also if you are opening the pdf and changing it to curves it will not let you edit it.
