Need to show contour cut line

I really appreciate the help guys as I am new to Corel X5. I need to show a contour cut line for the customer to see like the one on the decal attached. Can anyone help me add this line in X5?

The outline/stroke? I can see it clearly. imho, drop the image into illy/ps and use the wand to remove the extra whitespace.

Dulicate you art then weld them all together so you have one piece.
Then use the coutour tool to ad your cutline tehn break the contour apart and get you cutline and centre it on your original Art ... see attached
