New HP 630W (several) Problems with Printheads

woloko

woloko!
Hello everyone!
This is my first outreach here and English is not my first language, so pardon me in advance!
We've just brought on a HP 630W (we are from Brazil, is kinda "new-ish" here)
It's our first signage plotter (we have several designjet/cad)

It was installed late June (24-26th) and I've already had problems with printhead, we replaced OP two times and LC/LM one time
OP in July 1st
LCLM in July 10th
OP again yesterday July 16th

We get this errors such as:
C9 6A 17 0B
0027-0001-0184 event
0027-0001-0484 event
We tried cleaning the connectors as the manual orders but with no success.
There were no printhead strikes or jams...
For now I've been able to get replacements with HP Warranty, but this machine, for now, is really unreliable...

What could it be? Any guesses? The technician that installed is from the authorized vendor, hp certified and such... or as I was told... (the technician had some hiccups during installment and training, not showing good domain of flexi -- but as we are using flexisai is kinda lame, we are used to Konica Minolta rip/driver and flexi is so buggy)
Due to urgency/demands/clients I purchased myself the printheads while waiting for the replacement to arrive I`ve already spent 3% of the price tag of the machine with consumables in less then 20 days running this machine...

We've only printed the accumulated so far:
1500mL of ink // 140sqm ~ 1500sqf

Is this a normal hiccup due to transportation/instalment? what could be the issues, what can I do in my end?
(the technician hinted in a moment, but very slightly, that could be our print file causing the error, is it possible?
or should I prepare my legal team e try a return and refund and move on?
ive chose 630w because of the simplicity in maintenance, but was quoting an espon s9170...

PS: I've edited the post and added some context, the edit is in (parenthesis)

Problem Solver
Who knows if he messed up something during the installation, left air in the tubes or whatever he may have done.
But it's not normal, not at all. These printheads you should get 10-20 litres of usage.
I would push them to fix it if you keep getting the replacement issue.
