New Onyx software not communicating properly, erratic...

I recently had onyx installed. It printed our first mural great. Then went to 2nd, lett the shop for an hour came back and got this warning? What is that about? We are running off a laptop, I was recommend to get a tower.
But never had this problem with Flexi and laptop. Any ideas?

I have automatic updates shut off, so it was not that. Maybe hiccup in the server?

Sounds like the laptop might have gone to sleep?
Can you turn off Power Saving mode in Control Panel settings?

Concur. Laptop went to sleep midprint, shutting off data flow.

Happened with my computer one time too. Just gotta change the amount of time it takes before the computer goes to sleep.

in general you should always have a rip running on a stand hole pc not a laptop...too many resources running for monitor etc...it will always be slower. if the pc goes to sleep everything stops
