I freaking love this thing. Totally recommend it. Customer service is great. Had a few questions on connecting the new paramount 65x to the air compressor. And support walked me thru it, video call and all. Now that's customer service. The laminator runs super smooth, tracks super good, looks sexy with the colors and stainless steel buttons and accents. The loading and unloading of rolls is super quick and easy. The tension knobs have numbering on it. I wish I could just laminate all day. Good to know. Our RS 65" is aobut ten years old and it's been a solid performer.
